Ingredients:
325g of plain flour
200g chilled salted butter
125g of caster sugar
2 egg yolks
2 tsp of vanilla extract
- Tip the flour into a food processor. Cut the butter into small pieces and drop them into the bowl, then whizz until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
- Add the sugar, vanilla and egg yolks and whizz to a small dough.
- you can either flatten it with a rolling pin and use a cookie cutter or roll it with a cling film, chill it then slice it.
- There was no mention of oven temprature and time but i suggest you cook this at 180 degrees for 10mins.
